What are special profiles?
Special profiles are individually formed, asymmetrical steel bars that are used in a variety of industries to manufacture finished products. To minimise the required workload and cost, the shape of the profile and chemical composition of the steel are “tailor-made”. Closely cooperating with our customers, our technical teams provide support in the form of advice and assistance concerning the composition and geometry of profiles ensuring the best properties for every conceivable purpose. Our possibilities mean we can offer a practically unlimited range of shapes, ranging from simple profiles with non-standard dimensions to complex ones. Our target is to deliver a profile that precisely conforms to the customer’s requirements.
Besides hot-forming, we also offer further kinds of treatment such as cold-sawing, cold-drawing, shot-blasting, heat treatment as well as different kinds of manufacturing and further processing. For further information about our manufacturing process, please see our process router diagram.
